Wanted to express our immense gratitude to our employees and customers for the unwavering support during the eventful first half of 2024 at Cartage Xperts!Our nearly 50,000 square foot Multi-Temperature-Controlled warehouse (+15°C to +25°C, +2°C to +8°C and our -20°C) is now GDP Certified, CTPAT approved and a U.S Customs Bonded CFS is our commitment to excellence.We have started our upgraded to the latest Thermo-King technology by featuring 10 hybrid refrigerated trailers which were custom designed for us to maintain temperatures from +2°C to +8°C and even -20°C better than what is in our market today and aligning with our Net-Zero goal.Celebrating 21 years in business is a significant milestone for us. From humble beginnings with a single 16ft straight truck in June 2003 to a fleet of over 60 GDP certified refrigerated units and 40+ owned 20,40 & 45 slider tri-axle chassis', we've come a long way.A heartfelt thank you to our staff and loyal customers for their continuous support over the years. Cold Chain Solutions, a forwarder friendly and neutral facility located 15 mins from ORD airport, is now officially a US Customs Bonded CFS. With approximately 50,000sqf of multiple temperature ranges between 15C to 25C, 2C to 8C, -20C and even as low as -40C, we can meet your temperature demand. We operate in a GDP compliant environment, and we'll soon have our GDP certification.We offer cross dock services, short and long-term storage. Our TC facility is designed with the handling of pharmaceutical shipments in mind. We follow the EU GDP guidelines, the WHO and the 21cfr regulations. As a member of TAPA, we meet both the TSR and FSR requirements. We are also compliant with C-TPAT and all our staff meet the TSA requirements and have been issued their STA numbers. As the 2023 year comes to a close, Cartage Xpert, Drayage Xperts, Cold Chain Solutions and newly formed Xperts Group wants to say Thank You to all of our customers for your Support and Trust. Supporting our customer by preparing this shipment for international transport. We arrived shippers' facility precondition as requested, using our GDP certified own assets. Shipment delivered to our Cold Chain Solutions to be reworked, in a temperature-controlled environment while under continuous video surveillance. We've completed our temperature mapping of 15c to 25c and held 20c throughout, our whole 47,000sqf with no issues. We additionally measured humidity and it maintained under 50% with no issues. Effective November 22nd, Cold Chain Solutions a GDP compliant Temperature Controlled Facility is now open for business, as your logistics service provider (LSP). We want to say a big Thank you, to our first temperature-controlled customer who is supporting us, on our opening day!!! Warehouse is designed to hold 2200 pallet positions, 100 RKN's, JYP's, Softbox type boxes, and 75 plus RAP's all plugged in simultaneously.
