  @jayne_stacey_ Loose the service! Had them for over 15 years and was always dissaponted. Tried T mobile but ended up with Verizon and I love it. No regrets besides staying with sprint too long.

  Pressing the "mute replace battery alarm" button is apparently an exercise in futility and while you can theoretically unplug the battery, doing so apparently requires more than just a pair of pliers. So, long story short, you need to get somebody from Verizon to come fix it.

  @VZWSupport Appreciate the quick response. To be clear, if hold times of an hour are just “a bit higher than usual” your company has a *serious* customer service issue. After being on hold for 57minutes on the associates phone, & 30minutes on their work phone both calls ended no answer
