  @MissKathyN @Verizon It blows that in order to get half way decent customer service, you have to bring your grievance to a public forum. I'm all for finding alternatives to those that provide poor customer service, for their poor quality good or service.

  @VZWSupport Yes I do throw it. Because Verizon failed to hold Apple accountable on quality build of the iPhone 12 Pro. My phone is two months old, has dropped 62 calls and it’s constantly losing WiFi reception. The worst phone ever purchased.

  Internet and cable went down for me today, and it turns out Verizon canceled my account!!! We did not cancel, we are paid up, there was no warning. But apparently nobody is manning the phones at this late hour? Help @VerizonSupport
