The shortest answer to “how many (well fitting) bras should I own” You need AT LEAST two day-to-day bras. Plus (IF you workout regularly) AT LEAST two workout bras. Plus (IF you fancy-pants dress up regularly) AT LEAST two fancy-pants bras.

But when it comes to the ACTUAL number you should own? Buckle up. Blount says that as a general rule, we should each own a range of eight to ten bras that meet the needs of being comfortable and functional.

Globally, a natural female breast has an average size somewhere between a large "A" and a smaller "B" in the US size system. According to European or Australian classifications, this would be a "B".
With +4 however, you will add 4 inches onto the original measurement (and again, round up for odd numbers) So 32” will become a 36 band instead. The area where this creates an issue is if you take a DD cup size, and have been used to wearing +4 sized bands and then switch into full bust specialist sizes.

As a rule, molded bras should be hung or nestled. If you are going to fold them, don't turn one cup inside out to fit in the other- it will ruin that cup and shorten the life of your bra.
Shapiro, there are no known health risks associated with not wearing a bra. “There is no 'wrong' answer,” Dr. Shapiro says. “If you find that you're the kind of person who's comfortable and confident without a bra, that's fine.”
As a general rule, you should never wear the same bra two days in a row. "When you let your bra sit for one day, it allows the elasticity to shoot back into the band, prolonging the life," says Luz Cuevas, chief lingerie stylist at Rigby & Peller. The more bras you have in rotation, the longer you can prolong the wash.
